Renewed Pilates is built on three core pillars that guide everything we do. These principles shape how we teach, how we support our community, and how we honor the practice of intentional movement.
Movement is used as a tool to restore strength, improve posture, increase body awareness, and support long-term physical health. We believe in intentional, purposeful practice that builds a foundation for life-long wellness.
Guided by Christian values such as integrity, humility, stewardship, and encouragement. We welcome people of all backgrounds and believe caring for the body honors the life we have been given.

Owner & Lead Instructor – Renewed Pilates
My journey with movement started when I was young. I danced for 18 years, from grade school all the way through high school, and it shaped everything about how I move and think about my body. Dance taught me discipline, body awareness, and the joy that comes from intentional movement. But when I stepped away from it after high school, I slowly fell into unhealthy habits. That's when I realized that movement isn't just about fitness. It's about honoring the body and the life we've been given.
For eight years, I worked in healthcare as a CNA and TMA because I've always had a deep desire to help others. During college, I started my own wellness journey and fell back in love with movement. That eventually led me to personal training, where I found a new way to care for people. Not through medical care, but by helping them build strength, confidence, and lasting change. That's when I really started to understand what it means to support someone's whole well-being.
When I discovered Pilates, everything just clicked. It brought together everything I loved: the precision and control from dance, the strength-building from training, and the intentional, mindful practice I had been looking for. Pilates felt natural to me from the very beginning, and I could see right away the power of its fundamentals and the deep strength it builds from within.
But the most meaningful part of my journey has been my faith. That relationship has fulfilled me in ways nothing else could, and it's the foundation for everything I do. Through every step of this path, I've been guided to create Renewed Pilates, a space where people can truly be themselves, move their bodies with intention, and find peace within this community. This is more than a studio. It's a place where we honor movement as a tool for renewal: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
"When I started Pilates, I had no idea what it and Cassie would do for me. I've completely fallen in love with it thanks to Cassie's guidance and expertise. She's so passionate in the way she teaches and has shared that passion with me. She's hard on you and pushes you exactly how you would want to be pushed by an instructor. She's extremely knowledgeable in everything Pilates and has given me skills I never thought I'd have. I've learned so much about Pilates and what I can do for my body! If you're thinking about starting Pilates, just sign up for a class and try it, you won't regret it and I can almost guarantee you'll want to keep coming back!"
"I originally started Pilates because my trainer encouraged me to try something new after my C-section. From the moment I met Cassie, I felt so welcomed and supported. Her warmth, faith, and the way she creates such a safe and encouraging space made all the difference for me. Training one-on-one has been such a gift, she's always met me where I am while gently pushing me to grow. Pilates has transformed not just my core strength, but also my confidence and the way I feel in my body. I feel stronger, more connected, and more capable in my everyday life. To anyone thinking about starting Pilates: do it! And if you can, work with someone like Cassie. It's not just about physical strength, it's about feeling supported, empowered, and reminded that you matter."
"I have been doing pilates for a little over a year now. I started because of my chronic back pain and was told it would help with that. And they were right. I feel stronger and more flexible and my back pain is basically gone! Cassie has some magical way of always knowing what my body needs every class without her and I actually speaking about it beforehand. She's a great instructor and an even better cheerleader and wants you to succeed as much as you want it for yourself. When you win, she wins right along with you. If you're on the fence or have been thinking about trying Pilates, just do it! I promise you won't regret it and you might even make a few friends along the way!"

Start with a free discovery session and experience the power of intentional movement.
Everything you need to know before your first visit.
Not at all. No prior Pilates experience is needed. We do ask that all new clients begin with a free Discovery Session before joining group classes. This complimentary session orients you to the reformer, familiarizes you with instructor cueing, and ensures you feel confident and prepared before your first group class. From there, our instructors provide real-time modifications and progressions so every session meets you exactly where you are.
The reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses springs, a sliding carriage, and adjustable resistance to guide your body through controlled movements. At Renewed Pilates, we use Balanced Body Bravo reformers and the Balanced Body Exo Chair (Split Pedal)—high-quality, professional-grade equipment trusted by studios worldwide. We value investing in the best tools for your practice because the equipment matters. We respect the classical Pilates structure that Joseph Pilates created, while also incorporating contemporary elements to fill the full spectrum of movement.
Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. We recommend leggings or fitted pants and a fitted top so your instructor can observe your alignment. For footwear, you may wear Pilates grip socks or go barefoot—both are acceptable for safety and grip on the equipment. We have grip socks available for purchase at the studio if you would like a pair.
Our small group classes are limited to a maximum of 6 people to ensure every participant receives individualized attention, proper form correction, and a meaningful experience. This intentional class size creates an exclusive, focused environment—this is not a large gym setting. You will be seen, supported, and guided throughout every session.
Start with a free Discovery Session—this is required for all new clients before joining group classes. During this complimentary 30-minute session, you will be oriented to the reformer, learn basic instructor cueing, and get comfortable in the studio environment. From there, our Intro Offer of 3 classes for $59 is the perfect next step to build your foundation and experience the full class format.
Class cancellations: We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled class time. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from your package or membership.
Membership cancellations: Canceling a monthly membership requires 30 days' advance notice. A final payment for that month will be collected upon cancellation. We understand life happens—please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
The benefits of Pilates are well-supported by research. Physically, studies show that Pilates improves muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, posture and spinal alignment, balance and coordination, and body composition—all while being low-impact and gentle on joints.
Beyond physical benefits, Pilates enhances mental clarity and emotional resilience through its emphasis on breath, mindfulness, and body awareness. Many clients report feeling more grounded, focused, and at peace after their practice.
